PURPOSE:
This course will cover the Preacher epistles of 1 & 2 Timothy and Titus to enable the student to teach, preach, and apply these valuable epistles to their life.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS:
Be logged in for class on time for each session.
Turn in all assignments on time.
Come prepared and ready to participate.
TESTS AND ASSIGNMENTS:
Tests:
A quiz will be given after the completion of each chapter of each book for a total of thirteen quizzes. Notes which are taken from or during the class are permitted to be used for the quizzes.
Assignments:
Memory Work: Memorize 1 Timothy 1:5, 2:5, 3:15, 4:8, 5:8, 6:10; 2 Timothy 1:13, 2:22, 3:16-17, 4:2; Titus 1:1-3, 2:11-15, 3:5 from the King James Version or American Standard Version of the Bible. Using email, type out each memory verse from memory in the body of the email, self-grade (punctuation and spelling errors do not count against your score), and place the memory verse location, version, and grade in the subject line of the email e.g., 1 Timothy 1:5 KJV – 95%, and email to the instructor. Please complete the memory verses in the order listed. All memory verses must be completed by the end of the semester i.e., the last class to receive credit.
Reading Assignment: Read each epistle three times throughout the semester.
COURSE GRADING:
Quizzes = 325 pts or 45% of grade (Each quiz is worth 25 pts)
Memory Work = 300 pts or 41% of grade (Each memory verse is worth 15 pts)
Reading = 100 pts or 14% of grade
Total points possible: 725 pts
COURSE SCHEDULE:
Classes meet each Saturday for 18 sessions at 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM CTZ. Each class will be 50 minutes in length with a 10-minute break between classes. Two breaks total will be taken after six weeks of consecutive classes over the course of the semester.
